Our Team

1. Director General : Senior executive responsible for leading and overseeing all pharmacy operations within an organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing patient care through efficient medication management. His role involves strategic planning, management of pharmacy staff, budget oversight, and the implementation of innovative pharmacy services.

2. Director Operations: Director of Operations for Pharmacy is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational aspects of pharmacy services, ensuring efficient workflow, inventory management, and high-quality patient care. His role involves overseeing staff performance, implementing operational policies and procedures, and optimizing the use of resources.

3. Director Sales and Marketing: Director of Sales and Marketing for Pharmacy is tasked with developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to increase the pharmacy’s market share and profitability. His role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and leading promotional activities. He works closely with the pharmacy team and external partners to enhance product offerings and customer service. He has strong leadership skills in managing sales teams, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmacy markets.

4. Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC): The Pharmacist-in-Charge is responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The PIC is the head pharmacist and is ultimately responsible for everything that happens within the pharmacy.

5. Pharmacy Assistants or Aides : Pharmacy assistants often handle clerical and administrative duties within the pharmacy, such as answering phones, handling transactions, and managing patient records. They support the pharmacy team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

6. Administrative and Support Staff: Administrative staff, such as office managers or receptionists, handle scheduling, billing, and customer service. They ensure the office operates smoothly and that patients receive prompt and courteous service.
